My daughter wants to become a Pastry Chef?
Lamont asked:
She is in High School now - getting great grades! She loves the idea of having her own business/bakery specializing in custom gourmet wedding cakes. She has info on the French Culinary Institute. Does anyone have any more advice for her or know of a better program? Tell us why you think so! Thanks in advance!
By the way, It’s the French Culinary Institute in the US - one campus is in NY, one in Philidelphia, etc…
Just wondered if it’s the best school
