Does anyone know of a good meat butchering book? One with real pictures and examples?

There are tons of books out there; check at the link below for those on Amazon.com.
look for a proffesional cooking book ask for one in the libary they schould have if not if not look for and culinary arts books schould have some pictures in it
when i was in colledge as an animal science major the book we used in meats class was called the meat we eat and at that time it was available in most colledge bookstores
