    just fried the tilapia and add some french fries on it and put some mint leaves on the center top of your tilapia for presentation.

    I am a former chef and trained in french cuisine, I would recommend either muenrie butter or almandine, simple and easy to prepare and you have number of presentation option, muenrie is melted lightly browned butter with lemon juice, fresh parsley and seasoning over the fish, you can add capers, shallots and wine for variations, a simple almandine is principally the same only adding the lightly toasted almond to the butter before serving over top of the fish, if your really adventurous a hollandaise sauce is sure to impress too.
