Look into Chef’s school once you graduate. There are plenty of them. Take business classes, too like money management type things.
Good Luck!
Culinary is good as is Spanish. Skip the French and learn Portuguese. It’s important to learn the language of your potential dish staff.
You should also sign up for all the business classes because if you want to run a restaurant you will need it.
Sign up for aerobics and weight lifting. You will need both.
Then go out and get an after school job in a restaurant. No amount of school can prepare you for the harsh reality of the kitchen. If you are a good fit, then proceed!
It’s the greatest job there is but only if you are suited to it.
Good Luck!
